Iroise Aéro Formation

OUR PROGRAMME

125 hours to be ready on the day

FROM E-LEARNING TO COCKPIT

Training in 3 phases

Our APS-MCC programme runs over 3 weeks. It starts with online preparation at your own pace. Then, an intensive week of ground school at the Iroise Aéro Formation campus. Finally, the core of the training: two weeks of A320 simulator — 10 sessions led by highly experienced instructors, with rest days built in to help you absorb and consolidate.

The final assessment validates your skills: you leave with a recognised, certified level. An official certificate approved by the DGAC is issued.

E-learning

10 hours of online modules to complete at your own pace before the in-person phase. CRM, A320 systems, procedures prep. You arrive at the Campus already operational.

Ground School

5 days of intensive theory at Campus Iroise with our dedicated instructors. Normal and abnormal procedures on the VPT simulator, flight preparation, threat management, jet handling. You build the foundations before the simulator.

A320 Simulator

10 sessions of 4 hours on a latest-generation FNPTII A320, led by TRI instructors. Progressive scenarios, LOFT, degraded situations. The final assessment validates your level.

Phase 1

ONLINE PREPARATION

Before arriving at the Campus, you get access to our LMS platform and the A320 CBT. The goal: arrive prepared, with the basics covered.

On the Iroise LMS:

  • Introduction to the ATO and documentation (iPad with Airbus documentation provided on day one).
  • Introduction to CBTA-EBT and our methodology
  • How to prepare a training session
  • Human factors and flight safety

On the A320 CBT:

  • Aircraft systems (navigation, automation, ECAM)
  • CRM and crew work

Each module ends with a validation quiz. You work at your own pace, wherever you want.

As soon as your enrolment is confirmed, you get access to all the manuals to start your preparation!

You’ll work through all procedures directly on our VPT (Virtual Procedure Trainer) to lock in flows and procedures before the simulator, and have access to our FMGC Trainers.
